The Contract Includes An Overall Total Delivery, Which Aims To Ensure Stable Collection And Delivery Of Consumption Data For Settlement And Operational Optimization For Ringsted Forsyning. Overall, The Total Delivery Includes The Following Services: • Delivery And Installation Of New Water And Heat Meters During The Implementation Period • Data Acquisition Infrastructure • Acquisition System • Transfer Of Existing Meters To New Data Acquisition Infrastructure • Delivery Of New Water And Heat Meters Outside The Project (Pure Purchase Of Goods) • Operating Services Delivery And Installation Of New Meters During The Implementation Period Includes Replacement Of Approx. 6,700 Water Meters And Approx. 2640 Heat Meters In An Implementation Period Of Approx. 4 Years. The Total Supplier Has Overall Responsibility For Data Being Collected At The Agreed Intervals And Of The Agreed Quality. The Contract Contains Requirements For A Work Clause. During The Implementation Period Of The Contract, The Project Is Carried Out, Which Is Divided Into Stages. In Stage 1, The Total Supplier Establishes The New Data Retrieval Infrastructure And Implements The Retrieval System. Meters According To The Orderers Replacement Plan Are Replaced On An Ongoing Basis. After The End Of The Implementation Period With A Completed And Approved Operational Test, The Total Suppliers Services Are Transferred To - Operation, Support And Maintenance As Well As Hosting Agreements On The Hjemtagningssystem Cf. Appendix 5. - [For Rented Solution: Operation, Support And Maintenance Of Data Hjemtagning Infrastructure Cf. Appendix 2 Specification Of Requirements And Appendix 5 Operating Services] During The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Total Supplier Also Offers The Sale Of Meters That The Orderer Installs Himself. At The Time Of Preparing The Tender Documents, There Are Approx. 9,000 Water Meters And Approx. 5,000 Heat Meters In The Supply Area. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Number Of Meters In The Supply Area May Reach A Total Of 20,000 Meters During The Contract Period.
