Thermal Insulation Work – Design And Execution Services For The Implementation Of The Project Increasing Energy Efficiency And Interior Modernization Works For The Objective: N.B. Locusteanu Secondary School - School Building And Gym Building, Leu Commune. According To The Specifications And The Approval Documentation For The Intervention Works (Dali) Attached. The Technical Project Is Drawn Up By The Contractor, Within The Contract. The Object Of The Contract Is Both The Design And The Execution Of The Works, Respectively: A) Design Services: Technical Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals, Agreements And Construction Authorization (Dtac, Dtoe); Technical Design And Execution Details; The Technical Quality Check Of The Project By Attested Project Verifiers, Independent Of The Designer; As-Built Documentation; B) Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works, Including Participation In The Determining Phases; C) The Execution Of The Works For The School Building And The Gymnasium Building, Including The Supply And Installation Of Machines And Equipment, The Organization Of The Construction Site, Trials And Commissioning. The Technical Quality Verification Services Of The Project Are Part Of The Scope Of The Contract And Are Carried Out, At The Contractors Expense, By Certified Project Verification Specialists, For All Applicable Fundamental Requirements, In Accordance With Law No. 10/1995 Regarding Quality In Construction, Republished, And With The Regulations In Force Regarding The Verification And Technical Expertise Of Projects.
