The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Service Of Collection And Management Of The Entire Mass Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Of The Grabica Commune Live And To Equip The Inhabited Real Estate With Containers Or Containers And Bags: As Part Of The Services Covered By The Proceedings In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular, To: 1) Collect, Transport And Manage From The Real Estate (Property) Inhabited By: A) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste With Code 20 03 01, B) Segregated Municipal Waste Collected Divided Into: • Metals, Plastics And Multi-Material Packaging Waste (Collected Together) - Container (Marked) Or Yellow Bag, • Paper - Container (Marked) Or Blue Bag, • Glass - Container (Marked) Or Green Bag, • Bio-Waste (If Not Composted By Property Owners) – Container (Marked) Or Brown Bag, • Ash (Ash May Be Collected And Disposed Of Together With Unsegregated Waste). 2) Equipping Inhabited Properties With Containers Or Containers And Bags. 3) Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Collected From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In Grabica, I.E. A) Paper, B) Metals, Plastics, Multi-Material Packaging Waste - Collected Together, C) Glass, D) Hazardous Waste, E) Waste Not Qualifying As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Injecting Medicinal Products And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes, F) Expired Medicines And Chemicals, G) Used Batteries And Accumulators, H) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, I) Furniture And Other Bulky Waste, J) Used Tires, K) Construction And Demolition Waste Divided Into: Wood, Metal, Glass, Plastics, Plaster And Mineral Waste, L) Textile And Clothing Waste 4) Sharing Efficient Containers For Waste Collected At Pszok In Quantities And Sizes Consistent With Opz. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That: The Share Of Vehicles Powered By Alternative Fuels In The Fleet Of Vehicles Used In The Performance Of This Contract - Applies To The Categories: N2 (Motor Vehicles Designed And Constructed For The Transport Of Loads And Having A Maximum Total Weight Exceeding 3.5 T But Not Exceeding 12T), N3 (Motor Vehicles Designed And Constructed For The Transport Of Loads And Having A Maximum Total Weight Exceeding 12T), Is At Least 9%, In Accordance With Art. 68A Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1243). 3.
