The Purpose Of This Announcement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply, Renewal And Upgrade Of Software Licenses. The Supply Concerns The Renewal And Upgrade Of Existing User Licenses With Software Assurance Coverage, As Well As The Supply Of New Products And Services To Meet The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Services Supported By It. The Supply Will Be Made Through An Enterprise Agreement With A Contract For The Purchase Of Multiple Software Licenses (Enterprise Agreement), Which Is The Best Technical And Economic Solution Regarding The Needs Of The Contracting Authority For The Acquisition And Use Of Software For The Entities It Supports. In Addition, Through The Project The Contracting Authority Will Have Access To Advanced Support Services Of The Software Manufacturer, For The Software It Has Or Is Going To Procure. This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To The Amount Of Six Million Three Hundred And Fifty Thousand Euros (€6,350,000) Including Vat Of 24%, I.E. An Estimated Value Without Vat Of Five Million One Hundred And Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred And Sixty Seven Euros And Seventy Four Cents (€5,120,967.74) Plus Vat Of 24% Of One Million Two Hundred And Twenty Nine Thousand Thirty-Two Euros And Twenty-Six Cents (€1,229,032.26). In Addition, An Option Of Up To Five Percent (5%) Of The Value Of The Contract Is Provided, I.E. Two Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Forty Eight Euros And Thirty Nine Minutes (€256,048.39) Without Vat, Plus Vat Of 24% Which Amounts To Sixty One Thousand Four Hundred And Fifty One Euros And Sixty One Minutes (€61,451.61). The Duration Of The Contract Is Defined From The Date Of Its Signature And Registration At Kimdis Until 12-31-2029.
