The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected On The Premises Of Real Estate Inhabited In Single-Family And Multi-Family Buildings And Real Estate On Which There Is A Summer House Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, As Well As From Publicly Accessible Selective Waste Collection Points Located In The Commune Of Konstantynów Łódzki, Hereinafter Referred To As The Commune. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period, The Collection And Management Of Waste From Real Estate Inhabited In Single-Family And Multi-Family Buildings And Real Estate On Which There Is A Summer House Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, As Well As From Points Indicated In The Konstantynów Łódzki Commune, Taking Into Account The Following Division: 1) Mixed Unsegregated Municipal Waste Collected In Containers Or Bags, 2) Waste Municipal Waste Collected Selectively, In Containers Or Bags Including: A) Paper, B) Metals, C) Plastics, D) Glass, E) Multi-Material Packaging, Provided That The Waste Listed In Point B, C, And E May Be Collected Together In One Container Or Bag, F) Biodegradable Municipal Waste, Including Biodegradable Packaging Waste (Collection Only From Containers), G) Green Waste, Provided That The Waste Listed In Point F And G Can Be Collected Together In One Container. 3) The Services Will Be Provided Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Konstantynów Łódzki Commune In Accordance With The Location Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz), Including: A) Points Equipped With Containers And Bags For The Selective Collection Of Waste In The Form Of Glass Packaging, B) A Network Of Points Equipped With Containers And Bags For The Selective Collection Of Waste In The Form Of Plastic Packaging, C) A Network Of Points Equipped With Containers And Bags For The Selective Collection Of Waste In The Form Of Paper And Cardboard, D) Points Equipped With Containers For The Selective Collection Of Waste In The Form Of Used Batteries, E) A Point Equipped With A Container For The Selective Collection Of Waste In The Form Of Fluorescent Lamps, Fluorescent Lamps, Light Bulbs, F) Pharmacies Equipped With Containers For Expired Medicines, G) Point Of Selective Municipal Waste Collection At Ul. Cmentarna, H) Collection Of Waste As Part Of Doorstep Collection, Together With Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, From Residential And Non-Residential Properties. 4) The Order Covers The Collection And Management Of Waste Collected At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Located At Ul. Cemetery Such As: A) Plastics, B) Multi-Material Packaging Waste, C) Metals, D) Glass, E) Paper, F) Bio-Waste, G) Hazardous Waste (E.G.: • Mercury Thermometers, • Expired Or Unnecessary Paints, Varnishes, Adhesives, Solvents And Their Packaging; • Expired
