Repair And Maintenance Services Of Motor Vehicles And Associated Equipment - Selection Of A Contractor For Technical Maintenance Of Motor Vehicles, Including Basic, Current Repair And Prevention Of Motor Vehicles, Supply Of Spare Parts And Accessories For The Needs Of The Central Office Of The Southwest State Enterprise Dp.. The Subject Of The Order Includes Maintenance, Current And Emergency Repairs Of The Cars And Delivery Of The Necessary Spare Parts And Accessories. The Technical Specification Specifies The Cars To Which The Order Applies (Make/Model, Year Of Manufacture, Engine Capacity, Type Of Engine – Gasoline/Diesel). If Necessary, The Contractor Will Have To Maintain And Repair Cars That Are Not Specifically Mentioned In The Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Has Indicated The Most Frequently Replaced Auto Parts, Consumables And Services. The Contracting Authority Will Request, Within The Framework Of This Public Procurement, A Service For Technical Maintenance Of Motor Vehicles, Including Basic, Current Repair And Prevention Of Motor Vehicles, Delivery Of Spare Parts And Accessories, After Written Requests Sent By E-Mail. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Completely Absorb The Specified Types And Quantities Of Spare Parts. The Delivered Spare Parts Must Correspond To The Brand And Model Of The Equipment Described In The Request Of The Contracting Authority, New, Unused And With A Warranty Period. The Repair And Maintenance Activities And The Supply Of Spare Parts Under The Order Are Carried Out By The Employer Until The Contract Expires (Whichever Occurs Earlier). In Addition To The Services Mentioned Above, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Roadside Assistance Service For The Duration Of The Contract In Accordance With The Legal Requirements, At Fixed Prices Specified In The Instructions And The Draft Contract.
