The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Ongoing Collection, Transport And Management Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge With Waste Code 19 08 05, Hereinafter Referred To As Sludge, Originating From The Central Wwtp, The Miechowice Wwtp And The Bobrek Wwtp In Bytom. 2. For Sludge From The Miechowice Sewage Treatment Plant, The Bobrek Sewage Treatment Plant And The Centralna Sewage Treatment Plant In Bytom, The Ordering Party Allows The Following Processes: A. In Terms Of Management: - R1 - Use Mainly As A Fuel Or Other Means Of Energy Generation, - R3 - Recycling Or Recovery Of Organic Substances That Are Not Used As Solvents (Including Composting And Other Biological Transformation), However, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The R3 Process To Be Carried Out Outside Installations, Nor The R3 Process To Which Article Applies Directly Or Mutatis Mutandis. 96 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, B. The Maximum Amount Of Sludge To Be Collected And Processed, Specified In Annex 8 To The Swz, Determines The Option Right Within The Meaning Of Art. 441 Ppl, Reserved For The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Implemented Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee The Execution Of The Order Within The Scope Specified In The Maximum Amount Of Sludge To Be Collected And Disposed Of. 4. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
