The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Of Servers Equipped With Gpu Accelerators, Management Servers, The Necessary Power Infrastructure And Software Licenses Necessary To Use The Functionality Of The Delivered Gpu Accelerators For The Purposes Of Projects Implemented By The Ordering Party. 2. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Constitute An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Are Included In Part Iv Of The Swz Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee Under The Terms Of The Manufacturers Warranty And To Provide Services Resulting From It. Warranty Requirements Are Set Out In Part Iii. 4. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Covered By A Given Requirement Will Be Counted From The Date Of Preparation Of The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol For The Subject Of The Order For This Requirement. 5. The Delivered Item Must Be Brand New, Not Exhibited At Exhibitions, Complete And Technically Functional. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered Together With User Manuals, Drivers And Any Accompanying Software Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Subject Of The Order (Obtaining Full Functionality Indicated In Part Iv Of The Swz). The Ordering Party Will Not Be Obliged To Pay Any Additional Fees, In Particular License Fees, And Any Licenses Will Be Granted As Part Of The Contractors Remuneration, Without Time And Territorial Limits, Unless It Is Expressly Stated Otherwise In Part Iv Of The Swz. If Licenses, Codes Or Other Permissions Are Required To Run And Use This Software, They Must Be Provided At No Additional Charge. Codes, Licenses And Other Permissions Must Also Be Provided When They Are Necessary To Run Or Configure Hardware Components. The Requirement Referred To In The First Sentence May Be Met By The Contractor By Providing The Ordering Party With Access To The Manufacturers Website, Where Manuals, Software In Polish Or English, Etc. Will Be Available. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Codes, Passwords, Etc. - If They Are Necessary To Use This Website - No Later Than On The Date Of Signing The Protocol For The Delivery Of A Given Request. 9.
