1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Purchase Of Power Generators For The Operation Of Publicly Available Oligocene Water Intakes In The Wola District. 2) The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others, The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Three External, Free-Standing Power Generators In A Housing With Accessories And The Performance Of The Necessary Construction And Installation Works In Three Locations In The Wola District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw, I.E. At: Ul. Smocza 19, Ul. Deotymy 25/33 And Ul. Żelazna 71.3) The Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Full Technical Documentation And Carrying Out All Formal And Legal Activities Necessary To Complete The Order, B) Construction Of The Foundation For 3 Power Generators, C) Construction Of Complete Connection Installations, D) Delivery Of 3 Pieces Of Complete Power Generators With Factory External Casings And Accompanying Equipment, E) Comprehensive Assembly Of The Generators, F) Delivery And Assembly Of Factory Or System Ones Protective Shelters (Roofs With Walls) Over Each Of The 3 Power Generators, G) Ongoing Management And Removal Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Works And Restoring The Area Around The Water Intakes To A Condition No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of The Works, H) Starting The Generators, Performing Electrical Measurements, Load Tests, Functional Tests And Providing The Ordering Party With Protocols, Reports And Measurement Results, I) Conducting Instructions And Training In The Operation, Maintenance And Operation Of The Devices (Maximum 3 Persons).4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Type And Scope Of Work Covered By The Order And The Requirements Regarding The Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, B) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.5) The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That The Installation Sites Of The Devices Are Located In Publicly Accessible Areas. The Contractor Who Would Like To Inspect The Places Of Delivery And Assembly Of The Units May Conduct The Inspection On His Own. 6) Warranty. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Including Built-In Materials And Devices, For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months. The Contractor May Propose Extending The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order To 36 Months.
