September 15, 2026. Certificate Of Validity Of The Decision To Authorize The Demolition Of Buildings At Ul. Wąwozowa 34B Is From September 1, 2026. The Design Documentation Was Received On September 14, 2026. Only After This Date It Is Possible To Order The Demolition Of Buildings. Specifying The Required Order Completion Date In Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Would Create A Risk Related To The Impossibility Of Completing The Subject Of The Order In The Current Year, Which Would Result In Failure To Implement The Intention And Failure To Use The Funds Allocated For It.
