The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Obtaining Secondary Raw Materials From The Dismantling Of A Large Waste Stream At The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Rudno Sp. Z O. O., Rudno 17 And Their Collection And Management In Recovery Processes For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract 1. Recyclable Raw Materials Are To Be Obtained By Dismantling Large-Sized Waste, Using Hand And/Or Mechanical Tools Owned By The Contractor And By The Contractors Employees. All Costs (Apart From Loading Waste During Collection) Related To The Execution Of The Order Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.2. Bulk Waste Intended For Dismantling Will Be Municipal Waste Which, Due To Its Size And/Or Weight, Cannot Be Placed In Standard Waste Containers. The Waste Will Mainly Consist Of: Used Furniture (Including Plastic Furniture, E.G. Garden Chairs, Childrens Bathtubs), Sofas, Tables, Chairs, Armchairs, Mattresses, Carpets, Rugs, Large Toys, Bicycles, Eiderdowns, Wooden Construction Joinery Without Window Inserts, Construction Joinery Made Of Pvc Without Window Inserts, Etc. The Composition Of Waste May Change Depending On The Type Of Bulky Waste Delivered By Residents To Pszoks. And From Waste Collected In The Association Of Municipalities Clean Environment By Entities Selected In The Tender That Collect Municipal Waste From Property Owners. 3. The Contractor Will Equip Each Employee Dismantling Waste With Protective Clothing And Personal Protective Equipment, Including Clothing, Footwear, Helmets, Safety Glasses, Gloves And Reflective Vests In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations. 4. The Contractor Will Provide Social Facilities For His Employees In The Place Designated By The Ordering Party In The Form Of A Container Social. The Contractor Will Make An Electrical Connection To The Container And Install A Submeter At His Own Expense. The Contractor Will Agree On All Work In This Respect With The Ordering Party, Including The Location Of The Electrical Connection. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cover The Costs Of Electricity Consumed By His Employees, After The End Of A Given Month Consumed Electricity In A Given Month In Kwh X Current Rate For The Consumption And Distribution Of Electricity For Zuok Rudno Sp. Z O.O. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Train Its Employees At Its Own Expense In The Scope Of General Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations Signing The Contract, It Will Provide The Ordering Party With A List Of Employees Performing Waste Dismantling And Undertakes To Update It In The Event Of Each Employee Change. 7. Any Work Performed By The Contractor Must Not In Any Way Interfere With The Work Of Zuok Rudno Sp. Z O. O. 8.
