1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Culvert Over A Watercourse Located Along The District Road No. 4432F Ul. Racula-Głogowska In Zielona Góra.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4. Swz.3) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Included In Annex No. I.6 To Swz. Note: Annex No. I.6 To The Swz Also Includes Bills Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Informs That The Above-Mentioned Bills Of Quantities Are Only An Auxiliary Document - The Quantities Given In The Bill Of Quantities Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Contractor, But Are Only Intended To Determine The Technology Of Performing The Works. In Order To Make A Full Valuation Of The Works, Each Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting The Offer.4) The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Order For The Works Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 48 Months From The Day Following The Date Of Final Acceptance And Warranty For A Period Of 6 Months Exceeding The Warranty Period. Note: Additional Warranty For Works (Warranty Extension Period) Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Point 30.2. Swz.5) The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Qualitative Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor. The Contractor Who Accepts Equivalent Solutions (Products) For The Valuation Of The Offer Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of The Adopted Solutions, Including Equipment And Materials. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Equivalent Solution Meets The Requirements Specified In The Tor, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Detailed Description/List Of The Offered Equivalent Procurement Subject Matter, Which Will Specify For Each Solution
