The Subject Of The Order Is Insurance Of Vehicles Owned Or Used By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of: A) Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance Of Owners Of Motor Vehicles For Damages Arising In Connection With The Movement Of These Vehicles (Oc), B) Civil Liability Insurance Of Owners Of Motor Vehicles For Damages Arising In Connection With The Movement Of These Vehicles In The Countries Covered By The Green Card System (Zk), C) Auto Insurance (Ac), D) Assistance Insurance (Ass), E) Insurance For The Consequences Of Accidents Of Vehicle Users And Passengers (Nnw). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Other Information Relevant To The Preparation Of The Offer Are Included In Annexes No. 4, 8 And 9 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Act Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Extend The Scope Of The Order As Part Of The Exercise Of The Option Right. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Therefore, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Law. Justification For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts In The Procedure For The Procurement Of Third Party Liability Insurance, Ac, Ass And Accident Insurance For Vehicles, As It Is Not In The Ordering Partys Interest. The Division Of Responsibility For The Provided Insurance Services Between Two Or More Entities Will Be Only Illusory Due To The Homogeneity Of The Entire Order. Moreover, Dividing The Order Into Parts May Make It Difficult To Obtain Full Insurance Coverage Or Significantly Increase Its Cost. Division Of The Order Could Make It Difficult To Determine The Liability Of A Specific Insurer (In The Event That The Order Is Awarded To Different Insurers), Especially Since The Insurance Policies Could Be Mutually Exclusive, Which Could Consequently Lead To The Ordering Party Not Obtaining Compensation. Moreover, Only In A Comprehensive Risk Approach, Contractors Can Present The Real Cost Of Insurance Protection Adequate To The State Of The Market By Diversifying Their Risk Between The Insurance Policies Indicated In The Swz.
