Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Unblocking Of Siphons No. 4 And No. 5 Under The Łączany-Skawina Canal

4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Maintenance And Unblocking Of Siphons No. 4 And No. 5 Under The Łączany - Skawina Canal Within The Administrative Borders Of The Brzeźnica Commune And The Skawina Commune, Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The Aim Of The Project Is To Perform Maintenance And Unblocking Of The Siphons In Order To Ensure Proper Water Flow. Silting Of The Well At The Inlet And Outlet Of The Siphon Limits The Proper Flow Of These Waters, Causing Damming In Front Of The Building And Limiting The Flow. Periodic Removal Of Silt Is Necessary To Ensure Full Patency Of The Conduits, Which Ensures Proper Operation Of The Device And Free Flow And Prevents Flooding Of The Areas Above The Canal. The Scope Of Work Will Include: • Mowing And Raking Out Lichen From The Slopes In The Area Of The Siphon Inlet And Outlet, Removal And Disposal, • Desilting Of Sectional Inlet And Outlet Inflows And Outflows Of The Siphons, • Manual Or Hydromechanical Desilting Inlet And Outlet Wells, Siphons And Siphon Pipes, With The Removal And Management Of The Excavated Material On Its Own By The Contractor, • Cleaning Of The Pavement On The Slopes And The Removal Of The Excavated Material.
