The Subject Of The Public Procurement Procedure Is: Carrying Out Investor Supervision Over The Design Process And Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Called Reconstruction Of Facilities Near The Playing Field In The Niewiadów Housing Estate, Ujazd Commune2.The Detailed Method Of Providing The Investor Supervision Service Results From The Provisions Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, Comprehensive Investor Supervision In All Necessary Industries, Over The Design Process And Implementation Of Construction Works To The Extent Enabling The Facility To Be Used In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose.4. Green Environmental Requirements For Investor Supervision1.The Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Monitor And Control The Implementation By The Contractor Of Environmental Requirements And The Principles Of Sustainable Design And Investment Implementation, Specified In The Fup, Design Documentation, Contract With The Contractor And Applicable Law.2.As Part Of His Supervision, The Inspector In Particular: 1.Verifies Compliance Of Design Solutions With The Environmental, Energy And Operational Requirements Specified In The Fup And The Contract;2.Controls The Compliance Of The Materials, Products, Devices And Installations Used With The Required Environmental And Energy Parameters;3.Controls The Implementation Of Solutions Regarding Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, Retention And Management Of Rainwater - To The Extent Provided For In The Documentation;4.Controls Proper Waste Management, In Particular Its Segregation, Storage And Transfer To Authorized Entities, And Verifies Documents Confirming Its Management;
