1. The Subject Of The Order Are Repair Works On The Facade Of The Building Managed By Bytomskie Mieszkanie, Ul. Piekarska 32.1.1.The Scope Of Construction And Installation Works Is Diverse And Includes Construction, Renovation And Renovation Works, And Building Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Constitute Annex No. 1.2 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.1.2.The Ordering Party Attaches The Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1.1 To The Swz) As Non-Binding Material. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Indicative And Should Be Treated As Supporting Material For A Quick And General Understanding Of The Material Scope And Size Of The Project. The Quantity And Description Of Individual Items Of The Bill Of Quantities Should Not Be Treated As Final And Defining.2.The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works Being The Subject Of The Order.
