The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation And Delivery Of Promotional Materials For The Needs Of The Science And Project Service Office Of The University Of Opole. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement/. Detailed Implementation Conditions Are Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Draft Contract. Annex No. 1A Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement Also Includes Logotypes To Be Used As Part Of The Order Execution. On All Items Of The Order, The Paint Used To Print The Logo Cannot Be Abraded During Use. Logo Prints Without Smudges And Dirt, Resistant To Washing. Promotional Materials Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer, The Contractor Must Include In The Price Of The Subject Of The Order The Costs Of Manufacturing, Packaging, Delivery And Bringing The Subject Of The Order Into The Premises To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New And Have A Safety Certificate In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations - In Accordance With The Promotional Materials For Which The Regulations Require Such A Certificate. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Involves Comprehensive Development And Agreement With The Ordering Party Of The Graphic Design Of Promotional Materials (In Particular Their Content And Appearance) And Their Execution Based On The Approved Graphic Design. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Risk Of The Contractor And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor. The Contractor Must Offer To Implement The Entire Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Tor And Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order In The Offer. If The Ordering Party Indicates In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Examples Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Contractor, It Should Be Understood That The Contractor May Propose A Product Equivalent With Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than The Product Indicated By The Ordering Party (Article 99(5) Of The Act On Public Procurement). In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Detailed Specification Together With The Offer, Which Will Clearly Show The Ordering Party That The Offered Product Has The Same Or Better Technical And Operational Parameters In Relation To Those Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
