The Subject Of The Order Is A One-Off Delivery Of Paper Gift Vouchers In The Following Denominations: Pln 20.00 (1,210 Pcs.), Pln 50.00 (772 Pcs.) And Pln 100.00 (646 Pcs.) With A Total Value Of Pln 127,400.00 (In Words: One Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Zlotys 00/100) Intended For Employees Of The Provincial Road Traffic Center In Poznań. The Term Commodity Vouchers Should Be Understood As Identification Tokens Issued And Offered By The Contractor, Subject To Exchange For Goods Or Services Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of April 16, 1993 On Combating Unfair Competition (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 85, As Amended) And Vouchers For Various Purposes In Accordance With Article 2, Point 44 Of The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 775, As Amended). Merchandise Vouchers Will Be Redeemed At Selected Branches Throughout The Country, With Particular Emphasis On Including The City Of Poznań. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Number And List Of Commercial Establishments Redeeming Paper Gift Vouchers In The City Of Poznań And The Number Of Industries (E.G. Clothing, Food, Household Appliances, Sports, Electronics, Etc.) Of The Offered Products. The Validity Period Of The Vouchers Is Understood As The Period During Which The Ordering Partys Employee Can Redeem The Vouchers In The Indicated Retail Establishments From The Date Of Signing The Contract With The Ordering Party. The Validity Period Of The Vouchers Cannot Be Shorter Than 6 Months And Not Longer Than 24 Months. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of Vouchers In The Form Of An Electronic Payment Card.
