The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Two-Course Meals To Customers Of Establishments In The Bielany District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw, With The Possibility Of Exchange For A Dry Lunch At The Request Of The Ordering Party. The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Provisions In The Field Of Food And Nutrition Safety, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), The Act Of August 5, 2008 On Preventing And Combating Infections And Infectious Diseases In Humans (Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 1675, As Amended), Implementing Regulations, Eu Regulations And In Compliance With The Principles Of The Hazard Analysis System And Critical Control Points - Haccp.Ii.Addresses Of The Facilities To Which Meals Will Be Delivered: 1.Support Center For Seniors No. 1, Al. Broniewskiego 93. The Location Of The Bielański Community Self-Help Home Is A Temporary Location Where The Facility Operates While Its Permanent Headquarters Are Being Renovated. If The Renovation Is Completed During The Year, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Place Of Meal Delivery To The Permanent Address Of The Facility, I.E. Ul. Grębałowska 14. Iii.The Expected Total Size Of The Order Referred To In Section And For The Four Mentioned In Section Ii Facilities Total 41,000 Meals. Iv.Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order And The Impossibility Of Accurately Estimating The Number Of Meals Based On Actual Current Demand, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Size Of The Order.
