The Scope Of Works Includes: A. Construction Industry - Insulation Of External Walls With The Construction Of A New Façade, Including Cladding With Clinker Tiles And Lamella Cladding, Insulation Of The Plinth And Foundation Walls With Moisture Insulation, Insulation Of The Basement Floor With The Reconstruction Of The Floor, Insulation Of The Roof With The Replacement Of The Roof Covering, Sheet Metal Work And Gutters, Replacement Of Windows And External Doors, Renovation Of Entrance Stairs And Ramps For People With Disabilities, Restoration Of The Surface Around The Building And Reconstruction And Renovation Of Bathrooms And Passageways In Order To Eliminate Architectural Barriers, Along With Replacing Internal Door Joinery. The Appearance Of The Façade, Its Colors And Finishing Materials, And The Colors Of The Roof Covering - In Accordance With The Façade Visualizations (Illustrative Drawings), Which Are Part Of The Design Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Information Pylon, Small Architecture Elements (In Particular Flower Pots And Bicycle Racks) Or Planting Of Greenery Shown In The Visualizations. B. Sanitary Industry - Disassembly Of The Existing Boiler Room And Construction Of A New Heat Source In The Form Of A Ground Heat Pump With A Lower Source (Ground Probes), Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation With Radiators And Installation Of Intelligent Thermostatic Heads, Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation, Implementation Of Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery And Air Conditioning In The Vrf System And Multi-Split System, As Well As Water And Sewage Installations In The Rebuilt Bathrooms.
