The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Expansion Of The Building Of The Fire Station Of The Volunteer Fire Department Ksrg In Michałowice, Michałowice 57A, Plot No. 172/2, Michałowice Precinct, Lubsza Commune.2. The Order Includes In Particular: A) Expansion Of The Existing Fire Station Building With A Single-Car Garage/Technical Room For Firefighting Vehicles With A Designed Building Area Of 70.00 M²; B) Execution Of Preparatory, Earthwork, Foundation, Construction And Masonry Works, Floor Slab, Flat Roof, Insulation, Roofing, Sheet Metal Work And Finishing Works; C) Execution Of Joinery And Joinery, Incl. Including External Doors, Ei60 Doors, Windows And A Sectional Garage Door With A Drive And Sidelights; D) Construction Of A Driveway, Sidewalk And Entrance Landing Along With Substructures, Edges/Curbs, Landscaping And Drainage Of Rainwater To The Investors Plot; E) Performance Of Accompanying Works Related To Land Development, Including Temporary Dismantling And Reconstruction Of A Fence, Cutting Down One Tree And Dismantling An Inactive Cable Telecommunications Interfering With The Expansion; F) Reconstruction And Expansion Of Sanitary Installations: Garage Ventilation, Reconstruction Of Bathroom And Toilet Ventilation, Relocation Of The Existing Radiator And Installation Of Electric Heating In The Planned Garage; G) Reconstruction And Expansion Of Electrical Installations, Including Power Supply And Tb Switchgear, Lighting Installation, 230 V And 400 V Sockets, Heating, Ventilation And Garage Door Power Supply And The Required Security;H) Performing The Required Tests, Examinations, Regulations And Measurements, In Particular Measurements Of The Electrical Installation, And Submitting As-Built Documentation;I) Performing All Auxiliary, Security And Reconstruction Works Necessary For The Proper Completion And Acceptance Of The Task.3. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Works Are Specified In: Design Documentation, Industry Drawings, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Bills Of Quantities/Cost Estimates And Other Order Documents. Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature; The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Price All Works Resulting From The Documentation And Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Order
