The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Sidewalk Along The District Road No. 1881R Dębowiec–Załęże–Osiek Jasielski In The Town Of Załęże At Km 2+290-2+468 As Part Of The Investment Task Titled Construction Of Sidewalks On District Roads.2.The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Earthworks And Trenching For The Sidewalk And Widening The Road; 2) Construction Of A Stone Aggregate Base; 3) Installation Of Concrete Curbs On A Concrete Footing And Concrete Edges; 4) Construction Of A Sidewalk Surface Of C25/30 Concrete With Polymer Fibers, 12 Cm Thick, On A 3 Cm Thick Sand Bed, With Expansion Joints; 5) Execution Exit Surfaces Made Of Concrete Paving Stones;6) Carrying Out Works Related To Widening And Restoring The Bituminous Surface;7) Height Adjustment Of Inspection Wells And Sewage Wells;8) Leveling And Profiling The Surface Behind The Exits, Tidying Up The Area And Carrying Out An As-Built Inventory, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order: 1) Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 Of The Swz, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Developed Design Documentation Covers The Implementation Of The Entire Investment Project, While The Subject Of This Procedure Is Only Part Of The Works Provided For In This Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes The Basis For Preparing The Offer And Implementing The Order.
