1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New Mobile Set - A Power Generator With A Trailer And The Necessary Equipment, Described In Annex No. 1 To Swz. This Order Is Financed Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program, From Funds From The State Budget.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of A Brand New Mobile Set - A Generator With A Trailer; Produced No Earlier Than 20253. The Generator Must Be Installed On A Road Trailer To Ensure It Is Ready For Immediate Use In The Field. The Trailer Must Meet The Conditions For Registration In Poland.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery, At The Contractors Expense And Risk, Of A Mobile Set - A Generator With A Trailer To The Place Of Delivery Of The Set, I.E. The Security Management Department Of The District Office In Stargard, At Bogusława Iv 21 Street (Including, If Necessary, Also Reporting It To The Competent Customs Authority In Order To Introduce And Use It In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland), 2) Starting And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Generator In The Presence Of A Representative The Ordering Party,3) Training The Persons Designated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Delivered Mobile Set - Generator Set And The Trailer,4) Providing The Ordering Party With All Necessary Information Regarding The Safe Operation Of The Set,5) Providing All Documentation Regarding The Subject Of The Order,6) Providing A Set Of Documents Authorizing The Mobile Set - Generator Set On A Trailer For Operation And The Necessary Documents To Register The Trailer.5. A Detailed Description Of The Parameters, Minimum Technical Requirements Of The Set And A Description Of The Equipment Are Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.
