1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Organizing And Implementing The Transport Of Students With Disabilities To Educational Institutions In Olsztyn And Their Transport To Their Places Of Residence.2. The Service Will Be Provided With The Contractors Fleet And Will Take Place On School Days Specified In The 2027 School Year Calendar, Five Times A Week, From Monday To Friday, In Vehicles Adapted To Transport Students With Disabilities.3. School Hours Are From 8:00 A.M. To 3:30 P.M..4. The Transportation Service Should Cover 14 Students.5. The Number Of Kilometers To Be Completed In One Day Is 254, In Accordance With The Route Distribution According To The Schedule Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.6. School Days Are 184 Days.7. The Transport Service Must Be Provided By Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport Students With Disabilities, Meeting All Safety Requirements And The Road Traffic Code, Equipped With Certified Equipment Securing The Transport Of People And Enabling The Transport Of Wheelchairs, Equipped With Seat Belts, And A System That Prevents The Wheelchair From Moving In The Vehicle.8. The Minimum Number Of Vehicles To Complete The Order Is 1, A Vehicle Adapted To Transport At Least 19 People.9. The Person, I.E. The Driver Performing The Order, Must Have Appropriate Authorizations To Provide The Service And Cannot Also Be A Guardian During Transport.10. The Ordering Party Requires 1 Driver To Complete The Order.11. In The Event Of A Failure Of The Means Of Transport, The Contractor Will Introduce A Replacement Means Of Transport That Meets The Conditions Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Will Be Provided At A Time Consistent With The Time Presented By The Contractor In The Offer.12. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Establish An Optimal Timetable Before The Beginning Of The Calendar Year In Such A Way As To Ensure The Shortest Possible Travel Time For Students And To Arrive At Educational Institutions Before The Start Of Classes Resulting From The Plans Of A Given Institution And To Pick Up Each Student After The End Of Classes.13. Students Will Be Picked Up Before Classes Directly From Their Place Of Residence. The Organization Of Students Return Home Must Take Into Account The Completion Of Classes By All Transported Children Of A Given Institution. Transport Services Do Not Include Route Access Or Technical Journeys.14. The Attached Route Schedule May Be Modified During The Service, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party.15. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Safety Of The Transported Students And Must Have Carriers Civil Liability Insurance For The Services Provided, In Particular Full Liability Insurance For Passengers.16. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Delivery Schedule During The Execution Of The Contract, After Informing The Contractor In Adv
