1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property Of The Provincial Administrative Court In Gorzów Wlkp. At Ul. Dąbrowskiego 13, Including The Area Belonging To The Property (Parking Lot And Green Area).2. Cpv: 79710000-4-Security Services.3.Description Of The Building And Organizational Structure: 1) The Following Buildings And Technical Equipment Are Located On The Property: − Court Building - Three Above-Ground Floors With A Basement And An Attic. The Building Is Equipped With A Monitoring System On All Floors And External Monitoring;− Garage Building - Single-Story, Three-Car;− There Is A Power Generator, Chilled Water Generator, And Entrance Barrier On The Property.2) The Facility Is Not Included In The List Of Areas, Facilities And Devices Subject To Mandatory Protection In The Voivodeship Within The Meaning Of Article 5(2) Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532).4.Scope Of Services Provided: 1) One Post Is Planned, The Service Is To Be Performed On Working Days Between 2200 And 0600, On Days Off And Holidays - By One Employee. 2) Additionally, In Addition To The Service Hours Specified In Point 1, In Particular In July And August Each Year, Service Is Expected To Be Performed On Working Days From 600 To 1,400 (Holiday Period Of The Ordering Partys Employees).3) In Addition, In Addition To The Service Time Specified In Points 1 And 2, The Scope Of The Service Is Expected To Be Increased As A Result Of Replacement Of The Ordering Partys Employees Due To Sickness Absence, Retirement Or Organizational Change, Including Change Of Job Positions. The Ordering Party Reserves That This Circumstance May Not Occur.5. The Estimated Number Of Man-Hours During The Term Of The Contract Is Approximately 22,000 (5,500 Man-Hours Per Year).
