Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Non-Cash Purchase Of Fuel For The Needs Of The Rzeszów University Of Technology For A Period Of 12 Months, Consisting In Ensuring The Possibility Of Refueling Fuel 24 Hours A Day Into The Tanks Of The Ordering Partys Company Vehicles Or, In A Few Cases, Into Canisters At Gas Stations Throughout Poland. 2. Estimated Maximum Quantities Of Fuel That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase During The Duration Of The Contract: 1) Unleaded Gasoline With An Octane Number Pb 95 - 8,156 Liters 2) Unleaded Gasoline With An Octane Number Pb 98 - 11,351 Liters 3) Diesel Fuel - 10,070 Liters 4) Premium Diesel Fuel - 5,462 Liters 3. The Order Quantity May Be Reduced By A Maximum Of 25%, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. If The Order Is Reduced By The Quantity Above, The Parties Will Settle Deliveries According To: The Actual Quantity Of Fuel Delivered And The Contractor, Apart From Demanding Payment Of The Price, Is Not Entitled To Any Other Claims Against The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Adjust The Quantity Of Ordered Fuels To Current Needs (I.E. Increase Or Decrease The Numbers Given In Section 2 And Mix Them Within The Financial Resources Allocated For The Execution Of The Order) And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect.5. The Indicated Types Of Motor Fuels Will Be Purchased Cashless, Using Electronic Fuel Cards, Without The Need To Issue A Vat Invoice Each Time.7. Electronic Fuel Cards: 1) Will Be Assigned To A Specific Vehicle User (Personal Card); 2) Will Authorize Only The Purchase Of Motor Fuels Which Are The Subject Of The Contract 3) Will Authorize The Purchase Of Motor Fuels Only In The Network Of The Contractors Fuel Stations, Located Throughout The Country, With Particular Emphasis On The Podkarpackie Voivodeship, 4) Must Be Secured With A Pin Code; 5) Will Be Issued To The Ordering Party Free Of Charge 6) In The Event Of Loss Of Any Of The Cards, The Ordering Party Will Immediately Notify (In Writing Or By Phone) The Contractor About The Loss, And The Contractor Will Enable The Ordering Party To Block It Immediately Via The Online Platform.
