Tenders Are Invited For Felling Of Trees Along Roads And District Streets Along With Disposal In 2026

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Cutting Down Trees Growing In The Road Lanes Of Roads And District Streets, Indicated By The Ordering Party, Along With The Performance Of All Activities Necessary For The Proper, Safe Performance Of The Work In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Felling Of Trees Intended For Removal In Accordance With The Issued Decisions, List Or Instructions Of The Ordering Party; 2) Removal Of Limbs And Branches And Other Remains After The Felling; 3) Loading, Transport And Management Of The Harvested Wood; 4) Disposal Of Branches, Limbs, Small Wood Remains And Other Waste Resulting From The Execution Of The Order; 5) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works; 6) Cleaning Of The Road, Roadsides, Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths, Ditches And Other Elements Of The Road Lane Made Of Logging Residues;7) Securing The Place Of Work And Ensuring The Safety Of Road Users And Pedestrians;8) Ensuring The Organization Of Traffic In The Road Lane For The Duration Of The Works;9) Carrying Out Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.10) The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damage Caused To Third Parties And Property In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.11) The Contractor Is Also Responsible For The Proper Security Of The Place Of Work And For Any Consequences Of Inappropriate Or Inconsistent With The Regulations Of Carrying Out The Works. Locations: The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Right-Of-Way Of Roads And District Streets Located Within The Employers Jurisdiction, In Locations Indicated By The Employer On An Ongoing Basis. A Detailed List Of Trees Intended For Felling, Including In Particular The Location, Species And Indicative Parameters Of The Trees, May Be Provided To The Contractor Before The Commencement Of The Works Or During The Execution Of The Order.
