4.5.The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery To The Occupational Therapy Workshop In Rozłopy Of A New Minibus For Transporting People With Disabilities, Meeting The Minimum Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Opz. The Subject Of The Order Will Serve As A Means Of Transport For Participants To Therapeutic Classes. 1) The Subject Of The Order Must Be A Brand New, Unused Minibus (It Cannot Be Previously Registered), Year Of Production: 2026, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Mechanical Warranty For The Vehicle For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months With No Mileage Limit. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Together With The Vehicle, An Extract From The Ec Type-Approval Certificate Or The Vehicle Type-Approval Certificate, Confirming That The Offered Vehicle Is Brand New And Meets The Technical Requirements Necessary For Its Registration As A Special Vehicle Or Intended For The Transport Of Disabled Persons In Accordance With Applicable Road Traffic Regulations. 4) Compliance Of The Vehicle With New Regulations Regarding The Adaptation Of Wheelchairs. Any Structural Modifications (Installation Of Floor Rails, Belt And Ramp Fastening Systems) Must Meet The Current Standard Safety In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Eu Legal Acts.5) Ramps Must Have A Ce Certificate Of Conformity.6) The Vehicle Must Meet The Currently Applicable Euro 6 Exhaust Emission Standards.7) The Vehicle Must Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs.8) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Refurbished Products Originating From Returns, Complaints, Etc.9) The Contractor Must, At His Own Expense, Ensure The Delivery Of The Vehicle To The Wtz Building In Rozłopy, Where The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected After Prior Arrangement Of The Date And Time With The Ordering Party. 10) The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular In Terms Of Admitting The Vehicle To Road Traffic In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) 11) The Subject Of The Order Must Have At Least The Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.
