Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled: Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader With Delivery.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of One Brand New, Unused, Manufactured In 2026, Backhoe Loader. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Grant From Duw For The Implementation Of Investment Tasks Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 Regarding The Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader As Part Of The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Equipment And Parameters Of The Vehicle Is Included In Annex No. 4 To Swz.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.5.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of One Backhoe Loader, Which Constitutes An Indivisible Whole. Failure To Divide The Order Into Parts Does Not Constitute A Restriction Of Competition In This Case; Each Potential Contractor Meeting The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure May Participate In It. The Contract Is Available To Contractors From The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise Sector And Ensures A Level Of Competition Between Contractors. Splitting The Contract Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties Or Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. It Is Advisable That The Order Be Carried Out By One Contractor Who Will Be Responsible For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Contract Under The Guarantee And Warranty, And Not By Several Contractors Responsible For Individual Elements Of The Works That Are Closely Related To Each Other.6.The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order.7.The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S). 8. The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If Known To Him At This Stage) The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors.9.The Specified Materials And Devices Do Not Indicate The Place Of Origin Or Manufacturer, But Serve Only To Determine The Quality Features, Technical Parameters And Aesthetics Of Workmanship. It Is Allowed To Use Materials And Devices Of Brands Other Than Those Specified In The Documentation (I.E. Equivalents), Provided That The Technical Parameters And All Other Quality Features Are Not Worse Than Those Used In The Documentation. The Ordering Party For All
