1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Hotel Service Consisting Of Accommodation For 16 People In Single, Double And Triple Rooms, Including Breakfast, Subject To Option Rights.2.Accommodation Is Understood As Providing Rooms To Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party - In Accordance With The List Provided To The Contractor Electronically, To The Address Indicated In The Contract, For Temporary Stay In 1, 2, 3-Person Rooms.3.A Room Is Understood As A Room With A Full Bathroom, Equipped With At Least: A) A Bed With A Set Of Bedding, B) Towels For Each Accommodated Person, Changed After Each Week, C) A Wardrobe Or Wardrobes - Depending On The Number Of People Accommodated, D) A Table And Chairs - In A Number Adapted To The Number Of People Accommodated, E) Bedside Tables - Next To Each Bed.4.At The End Of Each Month, The Person Representing The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Confirm In Writing The Provision Of The Accommodation Service.5.Accommodation For All Persons Must Take Place In One Facility Or In One Functional Complex Of Facilities At One Address Or On One Property.6.A Hotel, Guesthouse, Apartments, Conference Center, Cottages Or Other Accommodation Facility That Meets All The Requirements Of Opz Is Allowed.7.The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Facility To Have A Specific Hotel Category.8.The Price Per Person Per Night Includes Breakfast For Each Accommodated Person. Breakfast Should Be Served In The Form Of A Buffet, At Hours Agreed With The Ordering Party, Enabling The Accommodated Persons To Start Their Work Duties On Time. Breakfast Serving Hours: 06:00–09:00.9.The Contractor Will Provide, Free Of Charge, At Least One Parking Space Enabling The Bus To Park Safely Throughout The Duration Of Each Stay. The Space Must Be Within Or Immediately Adjacent To The Property/Complex And Accessible To The Bus Regardless Of The Number Of Other Guests.10.Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
