Gromadzka 3, Plot No. 711, Precinct 0005 Nowe Kramsko), Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Development Of Social Infrastructure And Cultural Heritage In Nowe Kramsko.3.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular:• Delivery And Assembly Of A Multifunctional Play Set (Tower With A Roof, 5 Platforms, Spiral And Straight Slide, Climbing Wall, Play Panels And Decorative Elements) - 1 Set;• Delivery And Assembly Of A Balance Beam With Steps - 1 Piece;• Delivery And Assembly Of A Double Swing With A Flat Seat And A Basket Seat - 1 Piece;• Delivery And Assembly Of A Spring Rocker Crocodile - 1 Pc.;• Delivery And Assembly Of A Balance Beam (Footbridge) On Springs - 1 Pc.;• Construction Of A Safe Surface From Washed Sand Fraction 0.2-2 Mm - Approx. 173 M² With Concrete Edges - Approx. 64 M;• Construction Of Hardening With Concrete Cubes - Approx. 5 M² • Construction Of A Panel Fence H = 1.20 M With Foundation - Approx. 60 M And A Gate - 1 Pc.;• Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements: Park Benches - 2 Pcs., Waste Bin - 1 Pc., Bicycle Rack - 1 Pc. And A Board With Playground Regulations;• Relocation Of The Existing Lighting Pole With The Fixture, Including Electrical Works And Measurements;• Preparatory, Earthwork, Foundation And Cleaning Works, Surveying Services (Staking Out And As-Built Inventory) And Post-Assembly Inspection Of The Playground.3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Land Development Design (Pzt) With The Pzt1 Drawing, Technical Documentation For The Construction Of The Playground - Detailed Design (Pw) And Bill Of Quantities. The Works Are Carried Out On The Basis Of The Notification Of March 26, 2025, To Which The Starosta Of Zielona Góra Did Not Raise Any Objections (Certificate Of April 9, 2025, Reference Number Ab-Ba.6743.1.11.2025); Execution Of The Order Does Not Require A Conservation Permit (Point 1.7 Of The Opz).
