Tenders Are Invited For Renovation And Adaptation Of The Buildings Rooms For The Needs Of The Healthy And Active Seniors Center

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation And Adaptation Of Rooms In A Building Located In Łódź At Ul. Zachodnia 60 For The Needs Of The Healthy And Active Senior Center, In Accordance With The Documentation Attached To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Works Involving The Renovation And Adaptation Of The Buildings Rooms For The Needs Of The Healthy And Active Seniors Center, Including In Particular: A) Demolition Of Parts Of Partition Walls, B) Replacement Of Door Joinery, C) Protection, Repair And Finishing Of Existing Brick Walls; D) Demolition Of Existing Floor Layers And Construction Of New Layers, E) Dismantling Of Some Existing Installations, Reconstruction And Expansion Of Existing Installations And Construction Of New Installations, F) Performance Of Other Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Its Annexes;2) Ensuring Supervision Of The Works Carried Out By Persons With Construction Licenses Required By Law, In Accordance With The Scope Of The Works Performed;3) Ensuring Proper Coordination Of Works Carried Out In Individual Industries,4) Preparing And Submitting As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party, To The Extent Required By Law And The Order Documentation.3. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz (Designed Provisions Of The Contract).4. Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Order Will Be Carried Out In A Completely Decommissioned Facility (Building), Available To The Contractor 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day.
