The Subject Of The Order Is The Retrofitting Of School Laboratories - Delivery Of Laptops And Licenses For Specialized Educational Software Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 (Fund For Just Transformation). Scope Of The Order: 1.Laptop (Minimum Parameters Are Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz) - 11 Pcs.2.Wireless Mouse (Minimum Parameters Are Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz) - 11 Pcs.3.Educational Applications With Stereoscopic Vision Function (Description Of Requirements Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz) - Licenses For 11 Workstations. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires A Demonstration Of The Offered Software On Target Laptops Before Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol, In Order To Confirm The Operation Of Stereoscopy, Usb Pointer Interaction And All Functions Required In The Swz. The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract Depends On The Positive Acceptance Of Each Stand According To The Criteria Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Point 7 Acceptance And Functional Tests. Test Data And Models Are Provided By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 24-Month Warranty (If A Shorter Period Is Offered, The Offer Will Be Rejected In Accordance With Article 226(1)(5) Of The Public Procurement Law Because Its Content Will Be Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order) For Each Complete Educational Station (Provided That The Warranty For Wireless Mice Is Consistent With The Manufacturers Warranty), Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Confirming Its Correct Installation And Commissioning. The Warranty Covers The Supplied Equipment, The Spatial Interaction System And The Correct Integration And Configuration Of All Elements Of The Stand. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Ensure, Free Of Charge, The Removal Of Faults And Installation And Configuration Errors That Prevent The Use Of The Functions Required In The Opz, Including The Restoration Of Interoperability Of The Hardware And The Supplied Software. The Deadline For Removing Defects Is Up To 14 Days. Wherever The Tor Describes The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Features Characteristic Of A Specific Product, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. The Ordering Party Will Consider An Ar/Vr Computer System To Be An Equivalent Solution, Which Allows For The Implementation Of Educational Objectives In Three Dimensions Without Isolating The User From The Environment (Without Headgear), Based On Simultaneous Tracking Of Eye/Head Movement And Manipulation Of 3D Objects In The Space In Front Of The Screen Using A 6Dof Controller With Haptics. An Equivalent Solution Must Have An Identical Or Broader Educational Software Package In Polish, Fully Compatible With The Supplied Hardware. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Present Evidence Of Equivalence In The Offer. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligati
