1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Project To Change The Local Spatial Development Plan In The Area Of ​​Ratuszowa Street In Wałbrzych. The Scope Of The Study Is Specified In Resolution No. Xxxiv/333/26 Of The Wałbrzych City Council Of July 14, 2026 On The Commencement Of Preparation Of An Amendment To The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Area In The Area Of ​​Ratuszowa Street In Wałbrzych.1.2 The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed Under This Order Is Specified In The Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 3 To Swz).1.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Enlarge The Subject Of The Order By Adding The Preparation Of Individual Graphic Parts Of The Plan To The Scope Of The Contract. This Right Will Be Exercised If The Ordering Party Recognizes, After Carrying Out The Procedure Referred To In Art. 17 Points 1 And 2 Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, That It Is Not Sufficient To Prepare Only A Textual Change To The Plan And Cannot Constitute The Basis For Demanding Compensation, Contractual Penalties Or Reimbursement Of Lost Profits By The Contractor. The Preparation Of Individual Graphic Parts Of The Plan Will Be Added To The Scope Of The Contract On The Basis Of A Written Declaration Of The Ordering Party Submitted To The Contractor With A 30-Day Notice Period, Before Submitting The Draft Plan To Mkua As Part Of Stage 1 Referred To In §3 Point 1 Of The Draft Contract.
