Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Of A Brand New Wheeled Backhoe Loader, Together With The Required Equipment And Additional Work Equipment.2.The Backhoe Loader Will Be Intended In Particular To Perform Work Related To The Ongoing Maintenance And Renovation Of Municipal Roads, Earthworks, Excavation, Roadside Profiling, Loading And Moving Materials, Cleaning Works And Maintenance Of Municipal Infrastructure.3.The Offered Backhoe Loader Must Be Brand New, Unused, Manufactured In 2026, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Ready For Work.4.All Components Of The Delivered Machine And The Required Accessories Must Be Compatible With Each Other And Enable Safe Operation As A Complete Set.5.The Offered Item Must Have: A Warranty Card Or Booklet, A Ce Declaration Of Conformity, An Instruction In Polish, Technical Documentation Required By Law, Min. Two Sets Of Keys Other Documents Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Required By Law.6.The Warranty For The Offered Backhoe Loader Together With The Additional Equipment Provided Must Be At Least 12 Months.7.The Supplier Must Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service For The Offered Backhoe Loader. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Defects Covered By The Warranty, Including Providing Spare Parts, Labor And Service Travel, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Warranty. The Contractor Will Ensure That Service Activities Are Undertaken In The Event Of A Failure Being Reported By The Ordering Party Within No More Than 48 Hours Of Reporting.8.The Delivery Of The Backhoe Loader Along With All The Required Equipment And Additional Accessories Will Take Place At The Contractors Expense To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Start The Machine, Check The Correct Operation Of The Machine And Accessories And Provide Free Training To The Employers Employee(S) In The Proper And Safe Operation Of The Supplied Equipment.9.The Backhoe Loader Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, Including Road Traffic Regulations, Including In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2024.1251, As Amended), Have A Certificate Of Compliance With Ce Standards, And Meet All Other Requirements Resulting From Generally Applicable Provisions.
