1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Individual Psychotherapeutic Support For Participants (Hereinafter: Up) Of The Project Because Its The Person That Counts In The Klucze Commune. The Service Will Be Addressed To A Maximum Of 6 Ups Who, Based On An Individual Diagnosis Of Needs And Potentials Prepared By 4 Specialists, Require This Form Of Support.2.The Aim Of The Service Is To Alleviate Or Eliminate Health Barriers That Hinder Functioning In Society.3.The Effect Of The Support Provided Should Be Self-Understanding And More Effective Coping With Emotional Difficulties, Conflicts And Relationships, As Well As Improvement In Emotional Well-Being And Stress Reduction.4.The Subject Of The Order Is Planned To Be Completed In A Maximum Of 174 Hours. 5. The Service Will Be Provided From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until April 30, 20276.The Activities Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed At The Social Services Center In Klucze At Ul. Zawierciańska 16 Ul. Rabsztyńska 1 Or At The Place Of Residence Up.7.The Duration Of One Meeting Should Be No Less Than 60 Minutes. 8. The Time For Providing The Service Does Not Include Travel To The Place Of Service Provision.9.Contractors Who Meet The Following Conditions May Apply For The Contract:• Education: Completed University Studies In Psychology, Pedagogy Or Psychiatry• Qualification Enabling Therapy As A Psychotherapist• 12 Months Of Experience In Psychotherapeutic Work10.As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Constantly Cooperate With The Employees Of The Social Services Center In Klucze.
