3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Staff Training - Ii As Part Of The Project Entitled: New Organization Of The Bielawy Commune Office.3.2.The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027, Project Co-Financing Agreement No. Feld.08.05-Iz.00-0016/25-00.3.3.Training For Management Staff And Other Employees. Task Name: Training Support To Improve The Working Environment For Management And Other Employees. The Aim Of The Task Is To Improve The Competences And Qualifications Of Employees In The Field Of Practical Implementation Of Flexible Forms Of Work Organization, Including Remote Work, And The Employment Of Employees Taking Into Account Their Diversity, In Accordance With The Principles Of Non-Discrimination. The Training Will Be Carried Out In The Conference Room Of The Bielawy Commune Office Equipped With Equipment Including: Laptop, Projector, Printer And Furniture Necessary For Conducting Training, On Working Days From Monday To Friday During The Working Hours Of The Bielawy Commune Office. The Training Will Cover The Required Additional Employee Documentation In Connection With The Diversity Of Employment.3.5.Part No. 2: Training Block Ii - Task No. 3 From The Application, Under Part No. 2 - The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare, Organize And Conduct The Following Training:3.5.1.Training Age Management And Intergenerational Cooperation 5 Gr X 24 H = 120 H.
