Tenders are invited for Supply of Belt Driven Air Compressor 100L Non Refundable Fee (SL Rs.) 2000 Bid Guarantee and Validity (SL Rs.) up to 01st March 2027: 5,000.00 Bid documents may be obtained by interested bidders from the Accounts Division of the Chief Ministry situated on the 4th Floor of North Central Provincial Council Building Complex between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 16.10.2026 until 02.11.2026 upon payment of the non-refundable fee mentioned in the table above. As this project is implemented under the contributions of the beneficiaries, the quantities of goods to be ordered may change based on the contributions from the beneficiaries. An unconditional bid security to the value mentioned in the table above valid up to 01.03.2027 obtained from a reputed commercial bank in favour of the Secretary, Chief Ministry, North Central Province or the receipt obtained upon payment in cash to the Chief Ministry should be attached to the original bid and submitted. Duly perfected bids in duplicate as Original and Duplicate should be inserted in separate covers mentioning the Procurement Number on the left-hand top corner and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover, sealed and either sent by registered post addressed to: Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee, Chief Ministry, 4th Floor, Provincial Council Complex, Harischandra Mawatha, Anuradhapura or hand carried and deposited in the Tender Box kept in the official room of the Chief Accountant in the Accounts Division to receive at or before 2.00 p.m. on 03.11.2026. Late bids will be rejected. Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 27.10.2026 in the room of the Chief Accountant of the Chief Ministry situated on the 4th Floor of the North Central Provincial Council Building Complex. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids at 2.00 p.m. on 03.11.2026 and the bidder or authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids. Decision of the Ministry Procurement Committee of the Chief Ministry of the North Central Province is final regarding this procurement.
