Tenders are invited for Construction Consultancy Services AHC Eye Centre Consultancy Scope Phase 1 Technical Bid Evaluation: Conduct an independent technical review of construction bids and provide written findings and recommendations to AHC. Phase 2 Construction Supervision: Construction inspection, quality/progress monitoring, technical verification and reporting. AHC intends to appoint a consultant for both phases, with phase-specific responsibilities, schedules and payment milestones. Qualifications and Application Applicants should have relevant professional qualifications, comparable construction consultancy experience and the capacity to perform the assignment independently.
