Tenders are invited for Construction of Parameter Fence 4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS: Interested Companies are to collect the standard documents (SBD) from the office of the Head of Procurement, Federal College of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (FEDCAM) Administrative Headquarters, Office of the Head of Service, Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase II, Shehu Shagari Way, Central Business District, FCT Abuja, Nigeria between 10am 3pm, Mondays Friday, upon showing evidence of payment of non refundable fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only, per Lot, paid into the Federal College of Complementary and Alternative Medicines Remita Account in any Commercial Bank (TSA Account Number is to be obtained from the Colleges Central Pay Office Federal College of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Abuja. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Perspective bidders are to submit bid for each of the lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid with the Companys name written on each envelope. Thereafter put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Sole Administrator, Federal College of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (FEDCAM) Administrative Headquarters, Office of the Head of Service, Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase II, Shehu Shagari Way, Central Business District, FCT Abuja, Nigeria, and clearly marked with Name of the project and the Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and should be deposited in the Tender Box at the address in 4.0 above, not later than 12.00 noon on Monday 2nd November, 2026 6.0 OPENING OF BID DOCUMENTS Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for the submission by 12.00 noon on Monday 2nd November, 2026 at the College Administrative Headquarters in the presence of Bidders or their representatives, while the Financial Bids will be kept unopened.
