Work Detail
Request for proposals for Upgrade and Improvement of Lightning Protection System . The site visit is mandatory and shall be conducted by appointment, Monday to Friday, from the date of publication until November 16, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. A maximum of two (2) representatives per bidder may attend the site visit. Bids must be securely sealed, clearly marked with the tender title and reference number, and submitted in two (2) hard copies: one marked ORIGINAL and the other COPY. Bids must be delivered to the Reception Office of Kepler College, located at KG 29 Avenue No. 16, Kinyinya Sector, Kigali City, no later than Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 2:30 PM local time. Bids will be opened on the same day, Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time, in the Kepler College Boardroom, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
