Tenders Are Invited For Organization And Implementation Of Learning Events For Educational Staff (Estonian Language Institute)

The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Sign Framework Agreements For The Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of Two-Day And Three-Day Learning Events Or Series Of Learning Events Within The Framework Of The Keelesammu Program Of The Estonian Language Institute. As A Result Of The Public Procurement, Framework Contracts Are Concluded With All Providers Who Meet The Requirements Set In The Basic Documents Of The Public Procurement, Valid Until 31.08.2029 Or Until The Maximum Cost Of The Framework Contract Is Fulfilled (2,500,000 Euros Without Vat), If The Latter Arrives Earlier. The Details Of The Learning Events And The Scope Of The Required Service Must Be Specified Each Time Within The Framework Of The Mini-Tender/Order. On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement, The Customer Orders The Service Of Organizing Learning Events In Accordance With What Is Described In The Basic Documents Of The Public Procurement.
