The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Execution Of The Works Corresponding To The Projectcalled “Improvement Dependencies In Stage 1, San Carlos”, According To The Backgroundtechnical, Administrative And Other Documents That Form An Integral Part Of This Bidding Process.The Works Contemplate The Improvement And Normalization Of The Existing Rooms In The Stadium No.1 Of The Commune Of San Carlos, Considering The Spaces Destined For The Headquarters Of Sports Associations Andthose Authorized By The Municipal Health Department (Desamu).The Project Considers, Among Other Interventions, The Standardization Of Electrical Installations, Authorization Andimprovement Of Bathrooms And Sanitary Works, In Addition To Other Works, Repairs, Replacements And Completionsindicated In The Respective Technical Specifications And Background Of The Project.The Objective Of The Intervention Is To Improve The Conditions Of Safety, Habitability, Hygiene, Functionality Andoperability Of The Dependencies, Allowing Their Use In Adequate And Safe Conditions Byofficials, Sports Organizations And Users Of The Venue.The Execution Of The Works Will Be Under The Public Bidding Modality, With The Contractor Being Responsible For Executing Theall Of The Work Contemplated In The Background Of The Tender, Supplying The Labor For This Purpose,Materials, Tools, Equipment, Transportation And Other Resources Necessary For Its Correct And Complete Execution.The Works Must Be Executed In Accordance With The Special Administrative Bases, Specificationstechniques, Plans, Budget, Clarifications, Responses To Queries And Other Background Information That Is Part Ofof The Bidding Process, The Contractor Must Deliver The Works Completely Completed, Clean, Operational Andin Full Compliance With The Technical Construction Inspection (Ito) Of The Municipality Of San Carlos.All Materials And Elements Incorporated Into The Work Must Be New, Of First Quality And Comply With Thecurrent Technical And Regulatory Requirements, In Accordance With What Is Established In The Background That Regulates Thepresent Contract
