The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Services Of Maintenance, Repair, And Execution Of Minor Works And Contingency Care In The Offices Of The General Treasury Of The Republic Located In The Metropolitan Region, In Accordance With The Services, Technical Specifications And Unit Prices Established For Each Specialty.Each Line Will Constitute An Independent Contract, With A Maximum Available Budget, Evaluation, Award, Contract, Guarantee Of Faithful And Timely Compliance And Its Own Budget Administration.Bidders May Submit Offers For One, Two Or Three Lines, And Must Separately Comply With The Technical, Administrative And Economic Requirements Established For Each Of Them.The Awarding Of More Than One Line To The Same Supplier Will Not Imply The Consolidation Of Their Budgets Nor Will It Empower The General Treasury Of The Republic To Allocate Expenses, Fines Or Guarantees From One Line To Another, Without Prejudice To The Responsibilities That Legally Or Contractually Apply.
