(See The Attached Tender Documents For More Detailed Information.) This Procurement Includes An Sdu (Subsea Distribution Unit) And A Jumper With A Lifespan Of 20 Years. They Must Have A Depth Rate Of 1000 M. Sdu The Sdu Must Consist Of Wet-Mate Receivers For Connection To A Plug (3 Kvac) And An 8-Fiber Plug On The Input Side. On The Output Side, The Sdu Must Have 3 Pcs. Wet-Mate Electrical Receivers (230 Vac) And 3 Pcs. Wet-Mate Optical Receivers, Of Which 2 Fibers For Each Optical Receiver. The Sdu Also Has A Step-Down Transformer That Converts 3 Kvac To 230 Vac. The Transformer Must Be Located In An Oil-Filled (Pressure-Balanced) Housing, With Redundancy. Installation Of The Sdu Should Not Depend On Jumpers. The Client Wants The Existing Sdu Structure To Be Inspected And Reused To The Greatest Extent Possible (See Figure 3). It Must Be Modified Without Loss Of Service Life Of 20 Years, After Approval By The Client. Certification Of Lifting Points Required. Jumper The Scope Of The Jumper Must Include Offshore Work With The Necessary Parts And Materials To Join The Jumper To The Cable End At P1 In Figure 1. The Offshore Work Must Be Carried Out In Agreement With The Client. When The Sdu Is Placed On The Seabed Near Position P1, A Jumper Must Be Connected To The Sdu. Jumper Consists Of A 4-Pin Wet-Mate Electrical Connector (3 Kvac Plug) And An 8-Fiber Wet-Mate Optical Connector (Plug) (Design Shown In Figure 2). The Jumper Must Be Attached To The Sdu, And The Hose Must Be Filled With Oil And Long Enough To Be Connected To The Sdus Receivers.
