The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Insurance Services For 2027 For Motor Vehicles, Buildings, Property, Agricultural Crops, Crops, Production Of The Evksinograd Wine Cellar And Vessels Used, Managed And Managed By The Administration Of The Council Of Ministers And The Objects Of The Council Of Ministers.The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Three Separate Items As Follows:Separate Position No. 1: Insurance Of Motor Vehicles (Motor Vehicles) Used And Managed By The Administration Of The Council Of Ministers And The Objects Of The Council Of Ministers - Insurances Civil Liability Of Motorists, Accident Of The Driver And Passengers In The Motor Vehicle And Casco - All Risks;Separate Position No. 2: Insurance Of Buildings, Property, Agricultural Crops (Vineyards And Almond Orchard), The Harvest Of The Vineyard And The Production Of The Wine Cellar Evksinograd.Separate Position No. 3: Insurance Of Motorized And Non-Motorized Vessels Managed By The Shabla Facility Under The Council Of Ministers.Designated Positions No. 1 And No. 2 Are Awarded Through The Present Public Competition Procedure. Separate Position No. 3 Is Assigned Independently In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), Through Direct Award On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.Detailed Requirements Regarding The Scope Of Insurance Coverage, Insurance Risks And Performance Conditions Are Specified In The Technical Specifications For The Respective Individual Items.Note: The Administration Of The Council Of Ministers Does Not Use The Services Of A Licensed Insurance Broker In Its Capacity As A Servicing Broker.Bids Should Not Be Submitted For Separate Item No. 3, As It Is Assigned Separately From The Current Procedure In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop.​​​​​​​
