The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision, After A Prior Request From The Contracting Authority, Of Plane Tickets For Official Business Trips Abroad For The Needs Of Employees Of The Municipality Of Gabrovo And Secondary Budget Managers, Including Project Experts For Which Funds Are Provided For Their Business Trips In The Relevant Project.The Full Scope Of Activities Is Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Request Air Tickets For The Entire Value Of The Contract. The Quantity Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs, With Prior Requests. The Funds Under This Order Are Provided Both From The Budget Of The Contracting Authority And From Projects Of The Municipality Of Gabrovo, Which Are Financed With Funds Of The Municipality Of Gabrovo And From External Financial Instruments.The Payment Of The Price Under The Contract For The Public Procurement Will Be Made Under The Conditions And According To The Order Specified In The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Documentation.
