Purchase And Delivery Of Medical Equipment For 2/Two/ Separate Items For The Medical Center Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven Jsc, Sliventhe Deliveries Will Be Carried Out In Implementation Of Project Bg16ffpr003-2.006-0051-C01 New Model Of Integrated Health Care For Children In The South-East Region, Under Procedure Bg16ffpr003-2.006 - Support For Integrated Urban Development In 40 Urban Municipalities.The Criterion For Evaluating Offers Is The Lowest Price, According To Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Of The Civil Codethe Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Signing. The Term Of The Contract Expires After The Expiration Of The Warranty Period Of The Equipment Subject To Delivery. Within The General Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Agreed Upon, According To The Period Of Execution Proposed By Him.The Deadline For Delivery Is The One Proposed By The Participant, But It Should Not Be Longer Than 60 /Sixty/ Calendar Days.
