Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Work Clothes For The Needs Of Smyadovo Municipality

The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Deliveries Of Goods Carried Out By Purchase In The Sense Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code.The Subject Of The Order Falls Into The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop And Is Announced As Intended For Implementation By Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, Observing The Requirements Under Art. 12 Of The Zop. In The Order, It Is Permissible To Submit Bids And Participants On A General Basis, And Their Bids Will Be Considered Only If The Bids Of The Persons For Whom The Bid Is Reserved Are Not Admitted, According To Art. 12, Paragraph 7 Of The Civil Code And Art. 81 Of Ppzop. Each Participant Is Obliged To Participate For The Entire Volume Of The Order.On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 3 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 80, Para. 1 Of Ppzop And Art. 81 Of The Ppzop, The Order Is Reserved For Awarding Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or To Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position.Provided That The Procedure Involves Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Or For Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position And That At Least 30 Percent Of Their Roster Consists Of People With Disabilities Or Those In A Disadvantaged Position And Were Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities At Least Three Years Before The Date Of The Opening Of This Procedure For Awarding Public Order And Can Fulfill At Least 80 Percent Of Its Subject Matter With Their Own Machinery, Equipment And Human Resources. To Fulfill The Condition, They May Use Subcontractors Or Refer To The Capacity Of Third Parties, If The Subcontractors Or Third Parties Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In A Reserved Procurement Procedure, But Their Bids Will Only Be Considered If There Are No Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives For Disabled People Or For Business Entities Whose Main Purpose Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Disabled People Or Disadvantaged People Who Meet The Above Conditions.
