Tenders Are Invited For Shell Construction Work At Hackenberg Remscheid Secondary School

The City Of Remscheid Is Planning To Comprehensively Renovate And Expand The Existing Hackenberg All-Day Secondary School. The Hackenberg All-Day Secondary School Is Part Of A School Center. The Existing Building Of The Secondary School Consists Of Two Structures, A Four-Story Block (Component B1) And A One- To Two-Story Low-Rise Building (Component B2). The Main School Is Supplemented By A Three-Story New Building (Component A) With A Partial Basement In Solid Construction. The Garden Floor Of The Existing Block (Component B1) And The New Building (Component A) Are Integrated Into The Hillside Location, So That The Topography Jumps By One Floor From The East To The West Side Of The Buildings. The New Building, Component A, Is Planned As A Solid Construction With A Suspended Wooden Facade. The Floor Heights Of The Existing Building Will Be Adopted In The New Building. The Majority Of The Interior Walls Are Made Of Exposed Concrete. The Roof Is Flat As A Green Roof With A Pv System. The Facade Is Structured Horizontally With Window Bands And Fire Bars At Window Sill Level. The Parapet Height Of The Windows In The New Building Is 60 Cm. The New Building And The Existing Building Are Connected On The Garden Level By A Transition In The Ground Made Of Reinforced Concrete Construction. On The 1St And 2Nd Floors, The Transition Consists Of A Reinforced Concrete Structure. The Transition Is To Be Viewed As An Outdoor Space On The Upper Floors. An Air-Permeable Glass Facade Ensures Sufficient Ventilation And Simultaneous Weather Protection.
